Dawning Doula services are designed to be purchased after the free initial meet and greet. It includes 2-6 in-person prenatal meetings with Marla Moore. During these meetings, we will work together on creating a personalized birth plan that suits your wishes and needs. We will practice prenatal movements that assist in preparing you and baby for labor and delivery. We will also address any fears or concerns you may have. Together, we will focus on relaxation techniques to help ease anxiety. These techniques can be of use before, during and after birth. In addition to these beneficial in-person meetings, I offer ongoing support via phone and text. You can reach out at any time and expect a response for any non-emergency questions and thoughts within a reasonable time. Of course, I am available for any immediate essential needs or urgent situations. Plus, Dawning Doula understands the exciting nature of the weeks surrounding your due date. That's why I am available 24/7 two weeks before and two weeks after your due date. I am available to join you at any point during your labor and will stay with you all the way through birth to approximately one hour after your birth... maintaining a sensitivity to the needs of you and your family and making sure to respect and honor the preciousness of your family time. After the arrival of your baby, I provide an essential postnatal visit within the first month after birth. During this visit, we will discuss both mom and baby's needs, offering guidance and reassurance. I will check in on your mental, emotional, and physical well-being, making sure you are feeling supported in every way possible during this significant transition.
